As I work from home I am still able to produce work although deliveries may be delayed slightly due to the effects of Coronavirus on the parcel delivery systems. We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of receipt of payment - if your order is delayed we will contact you to advise delivery date.
We take great care in packing your order securely but if the item is damaged in transit please contact us immediately and if possible send a photo of the damage to the item and packaging so that we can claim from the delivery company.
All of our payments are processed securely by Pay Pal so you can be confident that your purchase is protected.

Please make sure that the email address that you provide when making a purchase is correct. All order confirmations and correspondence are sent to this email address and we cannot be held responsible for any problems with your order that are due to you providing an incorrect email contact address.
We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion including - the product ordered is out of stock, we are unable to authorise your payment, we have identified a pricing or product description error or you do not meet the criteria set out in these terms and conditions.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with a refund if you follow the steps outlined below:
Return the product in its original condition, including packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will contact you to confirm that we have received the product in good condition and will refund you the cost of the product excluding our original delivery costs as soon as possible following our agreement to do so. All you pay for is the return carriage of the goods.
If you return an item to us which was not what you ordered due to an error on our part or is faulty, we will also pay you the cost of standard return carriage. If this happens, please contact us first at: firstname.lastname@example.org to give us details of your complaint and we will let you know how you should return the item.
Please include a written reason for your return with the parcel when you send it back and remember to also include your proof of purchase. Please return your order in its original condition (including original packaging) to the address below within 14 days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the condition of the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
